Lily Maids began as a humble dream, sparked by the vision of Suzana Waszak. With a determination to provide service of the highest quality, Suzana started this venture in 2003 from the ground up, pouring her heart and soul into every aspect of the business.
In 2009 Lily Maids became a company and started hiring employees to help with the increased demand for residential and commercial cleaning services.
In 2015, Suzana’s daughter, Samia Bottecchia, joined the business. With a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and optimism, Samia brought fresh perspectives to Lily Maids, which invigorated the company culture and drove more growth.
With the increasing demand from the clients to use more green products around their houses, Lily Maids decided to innovate and create their own line of natural cleaning products, LILY FRESH.
In 2020, Samia Bottecchia, creator and founder of Lily Fresh, began this journey after being unsatisfied with the cleaning products on the market. Toxic products would work but are too harmful for our health, while natural products never seemed to work. For months Samia worked closely with experts in a range of fields, when she finally had a product that she was proud of. The formulas are made with environmentally responsible ingredients, being safe for you, your family, your pets, and the environment. Because both, mother and daughter, were born and raised in Brazil, all products have this unique, pleasant, and long-lasting smell of the acai - a berry found only in the Brazilian Amazon region - and most importantly they work!
